LaunchpadOS is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to serve as an operational command centre for D2C brands and ecommerce businesses. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this Usage Policy in its entirety.
1.2 Permitted Use

- Generating business intelligence and operational reports for your own internal use
- Sharing access with your own employees, team members, or authorised agency partners
- Any other activity explicitly permitted by your active subscription plan
1.3 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us at support@launchpados.in of any unauthorised use of your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
1.4 One Account Per Entity
Each business entity may register one primary account. Additional brand workspaces or sub-accounts may be added as permitted under your subscription tier. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is a violation of this policy and grounds for immediate termination.
1.5 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use LaunchpadOS in full compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any applicable GST regulations.

By registering for, accessing, or using LaunchpadOS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2.2 Service Description

2.3 Account Registration
To use LaunchpadOS, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information promptly to keep it accurate. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended or terminated without notice or refund.
2.4 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on eligible plans, with no credit card required at registration. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically transition to the free or inactive state unless you choose a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
2.5 Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle. You authorise us to charge your provided payment method on each billing date. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
2.6 Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in LaunchpadOS — including its software, design, brand, algorithms, and content — are and remain the exclusive property of Alpha Commerce Labs Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform solely for your internal business operations during your active subscription period.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicence any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
2.7 Your Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or connect to LaunchpadOS ("Customer Data"). By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your Customer Data solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have subscribed to. We will never sell your data to third parties.
2.8 Third-Party Integrations
LaunchpadOS integrates with third-party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Meta, etc.) through their respective APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, pricing, or data practices of these third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs may affect the functionality of certain features.
2.9 Disclaimer of Warranties
LaunchpadOS is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Business decisions made based on data or insights presented in the platform are entirely your responsibility.
2.10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Commerce Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use LaunchpadOS. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during that period.
2.11 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
2.12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
2.13 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data
3.1 Introduction
Alpha Commerce Labs Private Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information in connection with your use of LaunchpadOS, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable Indian laws.
3.2 Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, GST number (if applicable), and billing details provided during registration.
Business Data You Connect: Operational data from platforms you authorise (orders, inventory, revenue, product data, ad spend, etc.). This data belongs to you and is processed solely on your behalf.
Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited within the platform, feature usage, and session duration — collected automatically to improve platform performance and security.
Communication Data: Emails, support tickets, and feedback you submit to us.
Cookie Data: See our Cookie Policy section for details.
3.3 How We Use Your Information
- To provision, maintain, and improve your LaunchpadOS account and services
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional communications (invoices, account alerts, security notices)
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- To generate aggregate, anonymised analytics to improve the platform
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law
- To send product updates and offers (you may opt out at any time)
3.4 Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors who assist in delivering our services (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery), bound by data processing agreements
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections
3.5 Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for a period of up to 90 days after account closure, after which it is permanently deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us. Certain data may be retained longer where required by law.
3.6 Your Rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for specific processing; and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. You can download a copy of your personal account data at any time from Account & Settings → Security → Export my data. For correction or deletion requests, contact us at support@launchpados.in — these are reviewed and fulfilled manually.
3.7 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, multi-tenant row-level security (RLS) at the database layer, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely immune to risk, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation.
3.8 Google API Services
When you connect a Google account to LaunchpadOS (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Search Console), we request the following scopes and handle the resulting data as described below:
- Data accessed: Google Ads campaign, budget, cost, impression, click and conversion data; Google Analytics (GA4) session, user and conversion metrics; Google Tag Manager container and account listings; Google Search Console query, click, impression and position data; and your Google account email for identification.
- Data use: This data is used exclusively to power the corresponding feature you connected — displaying performance metrics on your own LaunchpadOS dashboard, and (only where you explicitly trigger it) creating a paused Google Ads campaign on your behalf. We never enable a campaign automatically; campaigns are always created in a paused state.
- Data transfer: We do not share, sell, or transfer Google user data to any third party. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to train AI/ML models.
- Data protection: OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored in a server-side credential vault, isolated per account with row-level security, and are never exposed to the browser or any client-side code.
- Data retention & deletion: Tokens and cached data are deleted immediately when you disconnect the integration. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page.
3.9 Contact for Privacy
For privacy-related queries, contact our designated Privacy Officer at support@launchpados.in or write to us at our registered address.

Auto-Debit Mandate Terms
Recurring payment authorisation, in line with RBI's e-mandate framework for recurring transactions
11.1 What You Are Authorising
Where you opt into a subscription billed by auto-debit, you authorise Alpha Commerce Labs Private Limited and its payment gateway partner to register a standing instruction ("mandate") on your card, UPI, or bank account, and to debit the applicable subscription amount automatically on each billing date, until you cancel the mandate or your subscription ends.
11.2 Pre-Debit Notification
In accordance with the Reserve Bank of India's framework for processing e-mandates on recurring transactions, you will receive a notification (via email and/or SMS) at least 24 hours before any scheduled auto-debit, stating the amount and debit date. You may opt out of that specific transaction before the debit through the link provided in the notification, which will not affect future cycles unless you cancel the mandate.
11.3 Additional Factor of Authentication (AFA)
Recurring debits up to ₹15,000 per transaction may be processed without an Additional Factor of Authentication, per applicable RBI rules. Debits above this threshold will require you to complete an AFA step (such as an OTP) at the time the mandate is set up or modified, as mandated by the payment gateway and card network rules in force at the time.
11.4 Modifying or Cancelling a Mandate
You may pause, modify, or cancel your auto-debit mandate at any time from Account & Settings → Billing, or by contacting support@launchpados.in. Cancellation of the mandate does not automatically cancel your subscription; please also cancel your subscription if you do not intend to pay through an alternate method.
11.5 Failed or Declined Auto-Debits
If an auto-debit fails (insufficient balance, expired card, bank decline, etc.), we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge as permitted by your payment gateway and bank. Continued failure may result in suspension of your subscription as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11.6 Mandate Data
We do not store your full card or bank account number. Mandate tokens are held by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner(s); we retain only the mandate/subscription reference ID needed to manage your billing.
